Position Purpose:
Saint Alphonsus Health System is hiring a full-time Regional CMMS Coordinator to oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of Computerized Maintenance Management Facilities Systems (CMMS) in Idaho and Oregon.
This entails the ongoing addition and removal of asset inventory, proper maintenance procedures, and development of Alternative Maintenance Procedures as applicable. Reporting to the Regional Director of Facilities, this position develops reports and partners to ensure efficiency of daily operations across the region in Idaho and Oregon. The CMMS Coordinator will ensure standardization of nomenclature, Preventive Maintenance (PM) processes as well as system utilization and work volume standards. This position will also oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of the Planning, Design & Construction software platform.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. i.e. Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering is preferred.
- Two years of experience with maintenance management software/computer systems is required.
- Working knowledge of building related systems and components. Air Handlers (AHU), Terminal Units (TU), Boilers, Chillers, DA Tanks and Generators (this list is not all inclusive) is preferred.
What You Will Do:
- Independently implement a new CMMS system across Saint Alphonsus Health System.
- Oversees and standardizes operational procedures across multiple facilities. Ensures efficient workflow, information management, and continuity of service delivery across the region.
- Handles highly sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, supporting senior leaders and maintaining trust across departments.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations impacting facility operations. Actively supports compliance initiatives and readiness for audits and inspections.
- Represents departmental responsibilities within the Saint Alphonsus Performance Improvement Program. Provides feedback and documentation in support of quality initiatives.
- Leads documentation and preparation efforts for Joint Commission, CMS, EPA, DEQ, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) surveys.
- Maintains consistency and alignment of documentation practices across all Idaho and Oregon hospital and clinic locations.
