Join Our Team as a Patient Registration Specialist – Breast Evaluation Center
Status: 64 hours per pay period
Schedule: 8 and 10-hour shifts
Are you a people person with a passion for healthcare and a knack for organization? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our Medical Imaging – Breast Evaluation Center team at Grand Haven Hospital, part of Trinity Health, one of the nation’s largest Catholic healthcare systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming and registering patients with warmth and professionalism
- Maintaining and updating electronic health records in Meditech
- Retrieving PACs images, reports, and documents
- Producing and releasing CDs, file copies, and reports
- Collaborating with patients, coworkers, and the public to ensure a smooth and supportive experience
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Typing speed of 50 wpm, error-free
- Comfortable using computers and office equipment
- Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology is a plus!
